Together, we’ll develop a Company Tier List, highlighting the companies that are most attractive to you. We’ll identify your (TOCs) Target Outreach Candidates, getting your foot in the door with decision makers.

Targeted Outreach = Meaningful Conversations. Connecting with decision-makers will lead to lasting relationships, amplified network web, and YOUR NAME in their candidate funnel.

Pillar 3: Bypassing Job Boards

Are you tired of submitting your resume and never hearing back? Or sick of seeing those no-reply response emails? By targeting the right people and having the right conversations, you’ll bypass all that BS and receive a FAST PASS straight to the front of the line.

Phase 1: The Walkthrough

Initial 1:1 strategy call with Brent to identify pain points, objectives, and everything in between. We’ll also talk about:

Phase 2: Connections to Conversations

After your resume is finalized and your Company Tier List is completed, I’ll audit your Linkedin profile, adding relevant skills, copywrite, and enhancements to make your profile stand-out and have recruiters reaching out to you.

We’ll identify the decision makers on your Company Tier List, sending out connection requests to ensure they are seeing your name through different mediums.

Phase 3: “Send Me Your Resume”

We’ll craft your messaging so your connections ask for your resume, bypassing the entire application process and solidifying your “first” round interviews. During this time, we’ll perform 3 interview prep sessions, negotiate your offer using competing offers, leading to your SIGNED OFFER LETTER.
